塑料袋 HDPE:ABA machine can mix 30%~60% NASO4 in B layer, transparency is very good, effectively reduce the cost!

1. PE Filler Master batch/PP Filler Master batch/PE PP Filler Master batch is a kind of transparent masterbatch which with barium sulfate particle size less than 100nm.

2. It is using plastic PP PE as a carrier and it is produced by adding a variety of additives.

3. The characteristics are high transparency, high gloss, good dispersion, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, stable strong, and especially good in the mechanical properties.
4. It can be processed on equipment used for polyethylene (LLDPE, LDPE and HDPE), ethylene copolymers and propene polymer (PP).

5. It is not corrosive, however, in order to prevent any accident, it is recommended to purge the equipment before and after using.

6. Suggest to replace (LLDPE, LDPE and HDPE), ethylene copolymers and propene polymer (PP) with masterbatch from 10% to 60%.

It can also be applied to PE injection
