Usage and features:
● The product produced by this Flame Retardant Masterbatch has no phenomenon of precipitation frosting and whitening.
● Small amount of addition, low cost, can be directly mixed with PE after processing finished products, reduce processing links and costs.
● Fully comply with EU environmental protection standards (RoHS), no dust pollution.
● High thermal stability, suitable for high processing temperature (≥200℃).
● The final Flame retardant product density ≤1.0; The density of other brominated flame retardant PE is about 1.3.
● Good mechanical properties (good compatibility with resin), all aspects of performance is almost consistent with pure resin.
Use Suggestions:
● Adding 3-5% maleic anhydride grafted PE compatibilizer can improve flame retardancy and other mechanical properties.
● Different PE melting fingers are different, the best proportion of Flame retardant masterbatch is also slightly different, more than the best proportion of the added amount but the worse the flame retardant effect, the higher the melting finger the better, it is recommended to use the melting finger in 8 or more PE material.
● Appropriate addition of 5-15% talc powder or talc masterbatch can greatly reduce the cost and enhance the effect, but it will affect the flame retardant effect, and the proportion of flame retardant masterbatch should be adjusted appropriately.
● If recycled material is used, the proportion of flame retardant masterbatch should also be adjusted appropriately.
